Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All non CNC orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipping
TAIG Tools offers a flat $50.00 fee for shipping orders above $500. Orders under $500 will be charged an 11% combined shipping and handling fee or a flat rate of $11 (whichever is higher).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive an email from TAIG Tools when their order has shipped containing all tracking information on their item(s).

Damages
TAIG Tools is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please contact TAIG Tools via email for international shipments.

Cancellation Policy

Since most products ship the day after the order is received, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of the initial purchase to receive a full refund.

Returns Policy

All products may be returned within 14 days for a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund (minus the 10% restocking fee).
