Refund & Shipping Policy – Taig Tools

1. Shipping Policy

– Orders processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

– Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

2. Return & Refund Policy

– Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with 10% restocking fee, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
– Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
– Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
